Bespoke Steam Room with Infrared Lounger

The aim was to create an area both visually spectacular and to serve all the client’s wishes – a Turkish steam bath with high power shower, a heated bench for stretching exercises and the ultimate luxury, an Infra Red radiating ceramic lounger from Sommerhuber.

With the use of large low iron glass panels and clean, shimmering mother-of-pearl mosaics a continuous flowing style was achieved, fully integrating with the surrounding décor – the lighter floor tile blended with the stunning Wenge wood outside and the shower fittings seamlessly placed within the mosaic surfaces. Likewise, discrete mood lighting was included highlighting the contours of the lounger and creating a soothing night sky effect. As a bonus, the IR radiating lounger can be used in isolation for a relaxing read or simply to rest and enjoy the view. Without doubt “one of a kind” of which Sauna360 and our client are mutually proud! 

A large Rain Sky shower head was integrated seamlessly into the mosaic tiled steam roof to provide a shower area within the steam room.

The use of Mother of Pearl mosaics has provided a clean, light interior with a touch of sparkle to offer a subtle yet opulent backdrop for the steam room.

Combining Infrared Therapy with steam The Steam room offers multiple relaxation opportunities. Not only is it a steam room with drench shower, it also boasts a ceramic Infrared lounger and benching. These can be used in conjunction with steam or in isolation.

Bespoke Mosaic tiled furniture Individual free-standing mosaic tiled mini benches were designed to allow the client to rearrange the layout of the steam room to suit the mood or occasion.
